Über uns

Herzlich Willkommen bei Yoga Stories, ein Yogastudio für modernes, kraftvolles Yoga, stets neue Herausforderungen, bewusstes Loslassen und das Bilden von Ritualen.

Mein Studio befindet sich in Eppelheim/Heidelberg. Wir haben einen kleinen, aber feinen Raum zum Praktizieren, wodurch du eine intensive, individuelle Betreuung bekommst. Vor und nach der Yoga Class kannst du im Community Bereich bei Tee oder Kaffee entspannen, in Austausch mit anderen Teilnehmer:Innen kommen oder in meinem Shop stöbern. Parkplätze vor dem Studio sind vorhanden.

Wir praktizieren Awakening Vinyasa Yoga mit Fokus auf funktionaler Bewegung, Mobilität und einzigartiger Übergänge. Du kannst dich bei mir richtig auspowern, aber dich auch sanft der Bewegung hingeben. Mein Unterricht ist für den heutigen (zeitgemäßen) Körper und Geist ausgelegt und ermöglicht eine Praxis, die auf deine individuellen Bedürfnisse und Kapazitäten ausgelegt ist.

Ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittener - für alle Level sind Classes dabei.

Über das Team

Hi, ich bin Larissa und ich freue mich, dass du deinen Weg in mein Studio gefunden hast. Yoga bedeutet für mich gleichzeitig Stärke und Sanftheit. Ich komme aus dem Tanz- und Fitnessbereich und habe darüber meinen Weg zum Yoga gefunden. Meine Praxis zeichnet sich durch kraftvolle Flows aus, in die ich weiche und gefühlvolle Elemente mit einfließen lasse. Nach einer anstrengenden Praxis, liebe ich es mich vollkommen der Entspannung hinzugeben. Dasselbe möchte ich dir ermöglichen.

Yoga Stories ist ein Yogastudio in dem Du im Mittelpunkt stehst. Du kreierst deine Praxis, deinen Weg und arbeitest mit den Geschichten deines Körpers, lernst deinen Körper und Geist einzusetzen und dich weiter zu entwickeln. Du kreierst deine eigene Yoga Story. Meine Vision ist es ein Yoga-Angebot für dich zu schaffen, das dich ganzheitlich unterstützt. Eine Praxis, die dich dort abholt, wo du bist, dich herausfordert zu wachsen und dein Wohlbefinden steigert. Meine Vision: Bewege dich besser - fühle dich besser.
Yogamatten sowie Yogablöcke, -gurte, Decken und Bolster, die deine Praxis unterstützen und verbessern, sind im Studio vorhanden. Wenn du gerne auf deiner eigenen Matte praktizierst, dann bring diese gerne zur Unterrichtsstunde mit. Solltest du ein Handtuch benötigen, dann bring dies auch bitte selbst mit.

Wasser und Tee stehen für dich kostenlos zur Verfügung. Als kleines Goodie gibt es von mir nach deiner Class einen Ingwer- oder Kokoswasser-Shot. Coffee Lover ? Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis kannst du gerne einen Kaffee deiner Wahl vor oder nach deiner Praxis genießen. Let us create your Yoga Story !
Die Kurse beginnen pünktlich, um den Flow und die Ruhe jeder Klasse aufrechtzuerhalten. Ich öffne mein Studio immer mindestens 15 Minuten vor Kursbeginn und bitte ich dich 10-15 Minuten vor Beginn der Stunde zu erscheinen, um dich einzurichten und auf die Praxis vorzubereiten. Sobald die Klasse begonnen hat, kann ich ein Teilnehmen nicht mehr garantieren.
