This full recording of the Online-Live-Class on Wednesday, 18th of March 2026 is in english and for all levels with minimum 1 year of Iyengar Yoga practice.

The class focuses on arm and shoulder muscles´rotation to improve range of motion and mobilty for the shoulder blades and the dorsal spine to go into the body.
A great way to strengthen and mobilisate stiff parts of the upper body while legs and feet learn to stay firmly grounded and stable.

Props needed:

1 mat

wall space

1-2 bricks

1 belt

1 blanket

1 shoulder stand support (foam pads or 3-4 blankets)

1 chair

1 bolster
