The wall is my guru - one of BKS Iyengar´s most famous quotes is leading us through this 90 min asanas class - working the legs, opeing the groins and hips - ideally at a free wall corner space!

If you want to mobilize and stabilize your important joints and trying something new and unexpected towards the end - this is a fun class to practice with.

Props needed:

1 free wall space or better: A free wall corner space
1 belt
1 blankets
1 bolster
1 mat
